Thank you for getting started
It’s free to find out your options

Over the years we have helped thousands of people release funds from a range of pensions, from Personal Pensions, to previous employers such as Sainsbury and Whitbread along with most of the Local Government Pension Schemes throughout the UK.
Our initial consultation is free so you can find out a significant amount about whether transferring your pension is suitable for you. It is only if you proceed to Full Advice that charges apply.
Once you have read the guide and have decided you would like us to look into the options available to you, follow the simple steps below:
1. Print off and complete Enquiry Form
Once you have read the guide and would like us to look into your options, simply complete the Enquiry Form, located at the back of the guide, telling us what pensions you would like us to look into and post it back to us via FREEPOST.

Please note if you have more than one pension, you will need to print off and complete one Enquiry Form for each pension..
Make sure that you sign your form, because without your signature as authorisation we cannot look into your pension options..
Once we receive the completed enquiry form, we will contact your pension provider and request all of the information relating to your current scheme e.g. size of fund, pension type and benefits.
Whilst this is going on, we will also send you some generic information, known as our Triage service, this will help you understand a little more about the implications of transferring a Defined Benefit pension scheme.
2. Fact Find
It’s essential that we provide our clients with the right advice for their specific situation. With all of the information gathered from both yourself and your pension provider, we are able to provide Abridged Advice.
This is a free service and results in a written report, detailing you circumstances and a little information about your pension scheme. You will have an opportunity to discuss the report with one of our FCA regulated Pension Specialist advisers. They will explain your options and answer any questions you have.
The outcome of this report is either transferring your pension isn’t suitable or, we have insufficient information to say. In order to find out if transferring is suitable, you will need to progress to Full Advice, where a fee will be charged, whether you transfer your pension or not.
3. Recommendations
We will post you our Full Advice recommendation, written in plain, easy to understand language, detailing our advice and why we have come to that conclusion. If you have any questions or need clarification on any points, you can discuss this with your adviser.
If we have recommended you proceed with transferring your pension, we will include all the relevant paperwork for your completion.
4. Approval
Once we are in receipt of your written authorisation, we arrange for the transfer of your pension. If you are taking a cash lump sum the funds are paid directly into your bank account.
The process is now complete.
Printing problems?
If you would prefer us to send you the Enquiry Form via Royal Mail then please telephone us on 01959 534 082 or email us on info@groveps.co.uk.
Remember that sending us your enquiry form in no way commits you to anything and there isn’t any cost to you for simply finding out your options.
This service only applies to pensions in the UK. Taking benefits early will almost certainly reduce your pension income in retirement and is only suitable for a limited number of people and circumstances. This should not be seen as an easy option for raising cash.
