Thank you for getting started

It’s free to find out your options

Over the years we have helped thousands of people release funds from a range of pensions, from Personal Pensions, to previous employers such as Sainsbury and Whitbread along with most of the Local Government Pension Schemes throughout the UK.

Our initial consultation is free so you can find out a significant amount about whether transferring your pension is suitable for you. It is only if you proceed to Full Advice that charges apply.

Once you have read the guide and have decided you would like us to look into the options available to you, follow the simple steps below:

1. Print off and complete Enquiry Form

Once you have read the guide and would like us to look into your options, simply complete the Enquiry Form, located at the back of the guide, telling us what pensions you would like us to look into and post it back to us via FREEPOST. Grove Pension Solutions Limited Freepost RSTL – ZLAX – RSBX New Grove House, Murray Road Orpington Kent BR5 3QY Please note if you have more than one pension, you will need to print off and complete one Enquiry Form for each pension.. Make sure that you sign your form, because without your signature as authorisation we cannot look into your pension options.. Once we receive the completed enquiry form, we will contact your pension provider and request all of the information relating to your current scheme e.g. size of fund, pension type and benefits. Whilst this is going on, we will also send you some generic information, known as our Triage service, this will help you understand a little more about the implications of transferring a Defined Benefit pension scheme.

2. Fact Find

With your pension details acquired, we then carry out a fact-find with you to get a better picture of why you want to unlock your pension funds. We do this via a phone call interview with you and using our online Fact Find questionnaire. It’s essential that we provide our clients with the right advice for their specific situation. With all of the information gathered from both yourself and your pension provider, we are able to provide Abridged Advice. This is a free service and results in a written report, detailing you circumstances and a little information about your pension scheme. You will have an opportunity to discuss the report with one of our FCA regulated Pension Specialist advisers. They will explain your options and answer any questions you have. The outcome of this report is either transferring your pension isn’t suitable or, we have insufficient information to say. In order to find out if transferring is suitable, you will need to progress to Full Advice, where a fee will be charged, whether you transfer your pension or not.

3. Recommendations

If you elect to proceed to Full Advice, your adviser will carry out a full analysis, order transfer illustrations and discuss our recommendation direct with you, the client. We will post you our Full Advice recommendation, written in plain, easy to understand language, detailing our advice and why we have come to that conclusion. If you have any questions or need clarification on any points, you can discuss this with your adviser. If we have recommended you proceed with transferring your pension, we will include all the relevant paperwork for your completion.

4. Approval

Once we are in receipt of your written authorisation, we arrange for the transfer of your pension. If you are taking a cash lump sum the funds are paid directly into your bank account.

The process is now complete.

Printing problems?

If you would prefer us to send you the Enquiry Form via Royal Mail then please telephone us on 01959 534 082 or email us on info@groveps.co.uk.

Remember that sending us your enquiry form in no way commits you to anything and there isn’t any cost to you for simply finding out your options.

This service only applies to pensions in the UK. Taking benefits early will almost certainly reduce your pension income in retirement and is only suitable for a limited number of people and circumstances. This should not be seen as an easy option for raising cash.

Testimonials

From the moment I went on to the website with Grove, right to the end of my pension dealings. They’ve acted in a very professional way with myself, I would recommend them to any person who – like me – needs much needed help on pension release. Well done to everyone at Grove, you deserve a pat on the back, thank you.

Mr KW, West Bromwich

Pensions are an incredibly difficult subject to grasp but the team at Grove Pension Solutions went out of their way to explain, in plain English, the pro’s and con’s with regards to the pensions even if it meant that they wouldn’t get as much business. They really did put the client first which is a refreshing change to the financial culture of today. I was very happy with the service and satisfied that my pensions are in safe hands.

Ms D M, Nottingham

When I made my initial enquiry via the Grove Website I received a response within 30 minutes. I realised straightaway that I was dealing with a highly professional operation. From beginning to end my case was handled with utmost speed and courtesy. I would highly recommend your services to anyone thinking of releasing their pension.

Mr CB, France

The whole experience was comprehensive and informative. I was never put under pressure, and the whole procedure was conducted professional, with feedback. Everything that I was told would be done was done in the time frame that I was advised of.

Mr MD, Plymouth

Very helpful & informative staff who understood my situation & why I had to release funds. I was informed that it could be a bad decision to proceed & was put under pressure not to, which doesn’t make sense as Grove wouldn’t make any money.

Mr PB, Chelmsford

I looked around the internet for some time, all I looked at was very confusing to me. I then found Grove Financial and found it very easy to read and take in. I sent an email with a question to see the response. I had a perfect response in plain english. I was very happy to carry on with the excellent personal service.

Mr JB, Bristol

I had no pre-knowledge of what would be involved in pension release so I was pleased by the professionalism and friendly service offered by your organisation, things were explained in a clear and concise way so I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to other people.

Mr KH, Sunderland

I wanted to release some of my pension money ( tax free ). Grove Financial were extremely helpful in every way from start to finish. No problems were encountered throughout. I Would strongly recommend them, many thanks.

Mr DS, Swindon
