It worth noting our qualified advisers ARE NOT paid a commission. It makes no financial difference to them whether you proceed or not. They are monitored on the quality of their work and EVERYTHING goes through our compliance department for checking at every stage of the process. These are the steps involved in the process:

1. Get Started

Simply fill in our Get Started form and we will send you our free pension freedom pack by post.

2. Complete Enquiry Form

If you read the guide and would like us to look into your options, simply complete the Enquiry Form at the back of the guide telling us what pensions you would like us to look into and post it back to us via FREEPOST.

Once we receive the completed enquiry form, we will contact your pension provider and request all of the information relating to your current scheme e.g. size of fund, pension type and benefits.

3. Fact Find

With your pension details acquired, we then carry out a “Fact Find” with you to get a better picture of why you want to unlock your pension funds. We do this via a phone call interview with you or using our online Fact Find questionnaire.

It’s essential that we provide our clients with the right advice for their specific situation. With all of the information gathered from both yourself and your pension provider, we draw up a report setting out our recommendations.

4. Recommendations

One of our Pension Specialists will carry out a full analysis, order transfer illustrations and discuss our recommendation direct with you, the client.

We will post you our recommendation, written in plain, easy to understand language, detailing our advice and why we have come to that conclusion. We will give you all the illustrations and details of all the charges. If you have any questions or need clarification, please call us.

If our advice is to proceed with a transfer we will include all the relevant paperwork for your completion and include information on costs and charges.


5. Approval

If you do decide to go ahead with our recommendation and on receipt of your written authorisation, we arrange for the transfer of you pension. If you are taking a cash lump sum the funds are paid directly into your bank account.

The process is now complete.
