Job Title: Technical Administrator – Review Team

Reports To: Team Leader Technical Review

Role Summary: Technical administration duties relating to the process of Reviewing Pensions. Dealing with complex enquiries with Insurance Companies on the telephone or electronically in a professional manner. Managing and prioritising workload.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete Pension Reviews for Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit schemes (including hybrid schemes)
  • Complete TVAS reports
  • Complete Abridged TVAS reports
  • Highlight missing information from scheme information
  • Accurately request missing information
  • Carry out complex discussions with pension scheme administrators
  • Accurately amend/rework TVAS’s when requested
  • Comply with all security and confidentiality policies
  • Basic understanding of Complaints

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of pensions
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Basic understanding of quotes

Be able to:

  • Use excel spreadsheets
  • Use Microsoft Word
  • Use Salesforce database
  • Use TVAS Software
  • Use Information Technology
  • Work effectively as a part of a team
